We are looking for a driven, opinionated and experienced mobile developer to help develop our Apps. As an Android/iOS developer you will join our IT & Development team and work on projects for the BAS organization. We work with short lines and clear communication, internally and with our clients. In this role you are responsible for the content of offshore UX and development teams in India. Are you able to take our systems to the next level? Then this position is made for you. BAS is looking for a passionate Android/IOS Developer who will strengthen our young and professional team.

 

Your challenge

You will work on an innovative trading platform app that will be used by 1 million customers of BAS Trucks, the biggest truck trading company in Europe. As a mobile developer, you will be responsible for building and maintaining the mobile platform that makes digital trading possible worldwide.

  • Experience in at least Android or iOS development and the willingness to learn and do both: Kotlin, Java, Android Studio, Android SDK, Swift, XCode iOS SDK
  • TDD; Unit tests, Espresso & UI Automator for mobile applications;
  • Experience in defining continuous integration build processes for mobile development;
  • Knowledge of common design patterns in mobile development (MVC, MVVM);
  • Demonstrated ability to follow development best practices for high quality software (CI tools: Jenkins, etc.);
  • Working knowledge of source control software such as Git;
  • Minimum of a completed technical bachelor’s degree.
